Exchanges, Returns & Warranties

Exchanges

  • Windshields may be exchanged by the original purchaser for full credit of the windshield as long as the windshield is in new condition and the protective plastic has not been removed. All exchanges must be shipped in the original box with the original packaging material. Please email info@freedomshields.net to obtain Return Authorization before returning a windshield.
  • For returns inside the continental USA, the return shipping costs relating to the exchange will be the responsibility of the original purchaser. A UPS Return Label can be provided upon request for an additional $25 only for shipments in the Continental USA.
  • For returns outside the Continental USA and International Orders, ALL shipping costs relating to the exchange will be the responsibility of the original purchaser.

*Laser engraved windshields are specially made, so they CANNOT be exchanged or returned.*

Returns

  • For all returns, the return shipping costs relating to the return will be the responsibility of the original purchaser. For returns inside the continental USA, a UPS Return Label can be provided upon request for $25, and it will be deducted from the refund.

Warranty

  • Freedom Shields warranties each windshield against defects in material and workmanship for up to 5 years. The warranty is limited to only the replacement of the defective windshield.
  • The warranty does not cover any road hazards, collisions, or scratches from improper care of the windshield. Please email info@freedomshields.net with any questions regarding the warranty.

Discount Garage (Blemished Windshields)

  • Blemished windshields located in the Discount Garage of the Freedom Shields website follow the same Freedom Shields return/exchange policy. If we don’t have the blemished shield you are wanting to exchange for available, we will need to make a new shield. When we make up a new shield, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference between the blemished shield and the new shield.
  • Blemished windshields located in the Discount Garage of the Freedom Shields website follow the same Freedom Shields 5 year warranty policy, except for the specified defect in the windshield.
